Fine Tuning	$170	If your piano is tuned regularly (every 6 months or so) it should only need a fine tuning.
Pitch Raise	$170	If your piano hasn't been tuned regularly in a long time (it's been years), a pitch raise may be needed prior to a fine tuning in order for it to hold standard A440. (Please keep in mind: there is always risk of breaking strings during a pitch raise, especially in older pianos that have not been tuned in many years).
Evaluation	$150	Considering buying a piano? If you are in the market for a new or used piano it is always a good idea to have its condition assessed prior to purchase. This service is ideal for prospective piano buyers, ensuring you make an informed decision. (Can be used for piano sales).
Assessment (with report)	$275	Planning to sell your piano? A comprehensive assessment can significantly help. This service includes a written report detailing the piano's condition, any issues found, and an estimated market price. It's an excellent tool for piano sales, providing valuable documentation for potential buyers. (Can be used for piano purchases).
Broken String Repair	$170
Piano Cleaning	$350	A thorough cleaning of the inside and outside of the piano, keys, and parts.
